Resolutions of the meetings
DECISIONS OF THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY
In the General Assembly of 26 August 2010 it was decided to publish a collection decision.
The following resolutions were passed by the General Assembly:
26. August 2010, 2nd General Assembly
1. Statutes Amendment Decision
The founding statute of the association Skillshare Association was extensively enlarged and changed. The General Assembly adopted the Statute of as of August 2010 (link).
2. TOK Guidelines
The General Assembly decided to enforce the guidelines of transparency, organization, management and control (TOK guidelines) (link).
3. Establishment of a Board of Trustees
The establishment of a Board of Trustees was adopted.
4. Rules of Procedure of the Board of Trustees
The General Assembly adopted the Rules of Procedure of the Board of Trustees of the state August 2010 (link).
5. Club Communications
The establishment of a TikiWiki club communications platform with an open-access part and a part of simplifying internal communications has been resolved.
6. Decisions of the General Assembly
All decisions of the General Assembly are to be immediately posted on the club website. The Board is asked to take the necessary steps.
7. Civil Society Initiative Transparent
The association joins the initiative transparent civil society. The Board is asked to take the necessary steps.
8. New Members
New members must before their accession to the Statute and the so-called TOK guidelines explicitly consent. For this purpose, the Board has to design an application form and put on the club website online, to which new members must declare their express consent to the statute and the TOK guidelines.
